Atlas is a continuation of Krikorian’s work highlighting androgyny in her representation of the human body. The bearing gestures of the bodies allude to the struggle of the contemporary digitalized human condition. The effect of the ink highlights the fragmented bodies and their materiality. Each Atlas brings out a new story, where the titan Atlas who bears the weight of the Skies, and the human condition, which bears the weight of its technologies are brought together.
